Kayak Rentals On The Delaware River
RESERVE YOUR KAYAK!
Big Bear Gear offers kayak rentals from the Big Bear Gear River Tubing Center in Kingwood, NJ. In addition to boat rental, we provide the shuttle transportation service. PFDs and paddles are included. We will drop you off at either the Kingwood Boat Ramp (if you are a group of kayaks only) or the Fairview Parking Lot (if you are a mixed group of tubes and kayaks) and pick you up 5-7 miles down river at the Point Pleasant Parking Lot. Depending on the river speed, the trip by kayak can typically take 1.5 to 2.5 hours if you paddle directly.
You must bring a whistle with you on your trip. If you do not have one you will be asked to purchase one.
FULL DAY AND MULTI-DAY RENTALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TUBING CENTER. PLEASE RENT FROM THE BIG BEAR GEAR STORE FOR MULTI-DAY AND FULL DAY RENTALS OR TO RENT A KAYAK TO TAKE WITH YOU TO THE DESTINATION OF YOUR CHOICE.
