You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the rental time without penalty. Cancellations FOR ANY REASON (including weather) within 24 hours of the rental time are non-refundable.
You will be required to provide photo ID.
You will be required to provide a Damage Deposit prior to rental in the form of a credit card Authorization.
You will be required to complete a Liability Waiver and Contract prior to rental. ALL RENTERS MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON TO SIGN WAIVERS.
Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your confirmed rental time to complete paperwork and receive safe riding or paddling instructions.
All riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian able to sign a waiver on their behalf.
