Bearly Used Consignment - Sell Your Item
Bearly Used is the consignment division of Big Bear Gear, offering gently used outdoor clothing, footwear, and gear.
Consign your bearly used outdoor clothing, footwear and gear and get paid.
HOW IT WORKS
Consign your bearly used outdoor clothing, footwear or gear item. We require a 5 piece minimum and will accept up to a 50 piece maximum.
STEP 1. List your items for sale. Schedule an appointment to bring your items in. To help things move quicker, please fill out our Items Offered form in advance. Please also review and complete our Consignment Agreement. PLEASE NO WALK-INS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN CONSIGNMENTS.
STEP 2. We inspect your items, set a price, and place for sale in our store and on our website.
STEP 3. Get paid on your consignment items!
GETTING PAID

| $25.00-$199.99 | 40% |
| $200.00-$499.99 | 50% |
| $500.00 and up | 60% |
You may also elect to get paid in Store Credit. If you choose Store Credit, you will get an additional 10% credit.
Term. Your consigned item will be listed for 90 days from the time it is placed on the sale floor. It may take up to 21 days for us to process and list your item. Once we have processed and priced your items, you will be sent a contract, including a list of consigned items and our retail pricing.
Payment Date. You will be paid within 30 days of the Expire Date of your contract.
Reclaiming Unsold Items. You may request to reclaim unsold items starting 3 days before the Expire Date and up to the Reclaim Deadline. Please visit our Reclaim Page for more information.
